Four Soldiers Killed In A Suicide Bombing

At the least four soldiers had been killed at the same time as 9 others sustained injuries in a suicide car bomb assault against a military vehicle close to Boko Haram chief Abubakar Shekau’s camp.

The attack comes after troops from Nigeria and neighbouring international locations released major offensives in opposition to  Boko Haram factions and their leaders.

Soldiers from Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Nigeria are focused on Abubakar Shekau inside the Sambisa Forest, and Mamman Nur round Lake Chad, each in Borno State, northeast Nigeria.

The military spokesman, Brigadier trendy Sani Usman, says the operation, codenamed “Deep Punch 2”, has made progress as scores of jihadists were killed and others pressured to surrender.
